Brain-and-body equipment for gyms, Pilates studios and personal trainers
Training with purpose. Not just more reps.
Give members the balance, reaction and thinking work most gyms leave out. Loads that move, floors that tilt and targets that make them think, in classes nobody else on your street is running.
For gym owners, studio owners, head coaches, Pilates instructors and personal trainers.

A zone your members can’t get down the road.
Turn a corner of the floor into a brain-and-body zone, or build a signature small-group class around it.
Brain-and-body small groups
Light targets with maths, letters and patterns turn circuits into thinking games.
SMARTfit
Strength with a moving load
Water-filled bars and discs shift every rep: more control work at lower weights. Use it alongside, not instead of, heavy strength.
Reax Lift
Portable unstable tools
Fluid balls and bars, swinging chains and soft kettlebells for warm-ups, finishers and classes.
Reaxxer: Flui · Pump · Chain · Kettle
Reactive cardio
A treadmill whose belt tilts in every direction without warning.
Reax Run
Active ageing programs
Balance, power and dual-task work for the fastest-growing member group.
Reax Board · SMARTfit
Somewhere to put it all
Rigs, racks and storage that hold the kit and keep the floor clear.

Where the industry is heading
Older members, Pilates and brain health are rising.
The fitness industry's own surveys point the same way: programs for older adults, Pilates, balance and core, and exercise for mental health. That's exactly where brain-and-body training sits.

Classes keep members
UK research found members who did one class a week were about 20% more likely to stay than members who used only the gym floor three times a week. A distinctive class is a reason to stay.

A 45-minute Brain & Balance circuit
Small groups rotate through stations. Every station trains the body bottom up and the brain top down. Your training package builds classes around your members.

Evidence, honestly
Good reasons to add it, and the limits worth knowing. None of these studies tested our specific products.
Thinking plus moving
Combining physical and cognitive training gave small gains in cognition (g 0.22) and physical function (g 0.25) in older adults. Doing both at once worked best for cognition.
Gavelin et al. 2021, Ageing Res Rev
Balance training has a dose
In healthy older adults, the best results came from 11–12 weeks, 3 sessions a week, 31–45 minutes a session.
Lesinski et al. 2015, Sports Med
Power matters with age
Power training improved physical function in older adults a little more than traditional strength training (low certainty).
Balachandran et al. 2022, JAMA Netw Open
Pilates helps balance
Pilates improved balance in older adults, though study quality was low and evidence on falls is not conclusive.
Barker et al. 2015, Arch Phys Med Rehabil
Unstable loads: variety, not replacement
Instability lowers force and power, so it complements heavy strength work rather than replacing it, giving high muscle activation at lower loads.
Behm et al. 2010, CSEP position stand
Water-filled loads
In a small trial, two weeks of squats with a water-filled tube improved force steadiness by 9–17%. No review has looked at fluid loads specifically yet.
