Training that reacts back.
Every Reaxing machine adds sudden, unpredictable movement to the exercise. The body has to sense the change, work it out and react, on every step, rep and lift. That trains balance and reflexes, not just muscles.
How it works
Connect. Process. React.
Your balance system (the vestibular system in the inner ear), your eyes and the sensors in your joints and muscles keep telling your brain where you are. Reaxing interrupts that with sudden shifts. Reaxing calls it the Sudden Dynamic Impulse.
- 1
Connecting. Your senses pick up the sudden change.
- 2
Processing. Your brain works out a response, fast.
- 3
Reacting. Your muscles fire to steady and recover. Then it happens again.

Discover the Reax Run
A treadmill that tilts under every step.
Reax Run’s belt tilts suddenly and unpredictably, front to back and side to side, while you walk or run, much like a trail underfoot. You can’t see the change coming, so every step becomes a reaction. Posture, core control, joint stability and steady vision all have to switch on. Run a preset program, or let the trainer take live control from a tablet.

Discover the Reax Board
A floor that moves while you train on it.
Reax Board tilts suddenly and unpredictably in any direction while you train. Squats, lunges, push-ups, balance work and partner drills stay the same, but the floor keeps changing under you, so every exercise becomes a balance and reaction challenge. Pick a level, follow a program, or let the trainer control the impulses live.

Discover the Reax Lift
A barbell whose load keeps moving.
Reax Lift discs are filled with fluid that surges with every rep, and they hang from the bar on elastic hooks, so the weight rebounds and shifts in ways you can’t predict. Add the bungee tool for extra bounce. Lifts you already know become a balance and control challenge, and the soft polymer discs are quiet and safe to drop.
